HOW TO CUSTOMIZE THE PLATFORM IN ENGLISH

In order to customize the platform the master user (JACKS RICHARD ) has to follow this
route: Administración y Control / Configuración Personalizada and select “Ingles” in
“Seleccione un idioma”
 1. ACCOUNT INFORMATION

1.1 GLOBAL POSITION: this option displays a quick view of your accounts.
a) Make a click on Account Information / Global Position
b) Clicking on the link of your account you will be able to see more detail of it:
movements and balance

 1.2 DAY MOVEMENTS: By selecting “Account Information / Day movements/ View
Transactions” you can retrieve the movements of a single account. (maximum of
80 movements within the last 60 days)

 2. ACCOUNT TRANSFERS

2.1 TRANSFERENCES TO OWN ACCOUNTS: this option allows you to transfer money
between your own accounts by following the next route: Payments / Transfers/

 If the operation is made by the person in charge of preparing the payroll (in your
case HINZ X JULIE ), this person should click on “Pendiente” and then the person
in charge of signing the operation (JACKS X RICHARD BLAIR) should authorize the
payment by following the next route: Signatures/ Pending Signatures Operations /
Authorization of requests, select the payment and made a click on “Continuar”.
Finally introduce your signature passsword and your token device.

 If the operation is made directly by the person in charge of signing the operation
( in this case JACKS X RICHARD BLAIR), this person should click on “Autorizar” and
introduce its signature password and token device

NOTE: This procedure applies for the authorization of every payment made in the
platform
 2.3 TRANSFERENCES ACCOUNTS OF THERID PARTIES: this option allows you to
transfer money from one account to another within the same bank by following
the next route: Payments / Transfers/ Transferences accounts of their parties
