Readon TV Movie Radio Player is a freeware program. You are granted a non-
exclusive license to use Readon TV Movie Radio Player on your computer.

Readon TV Movie Radio Player may be freely distributed in any way you like(your
personal website, magazine publishing, various methods of filesharing, etc), only if
provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or entity may charge a
fee for the distribution of Readon TV Movie Radio Player without written
permission from the copyright holder.

Readon TV Movie Radio Player contains materials of sexually explicit nature. If

you are not of legal age or if it is illegal for you to view such material, you must
uninstall and remove Readon TV Movie Radio Player files along with the setup
package from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

By using Readon TV Movie Radio Player you are choosing to be exposed to

material of adult and explicit nature. Readon Technology will not be held liable for
your choice to move forward.

Readon TV Movie Radio Player is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full

eliminated from this software and, with respect thereto, Readon Technology shall
not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from
using or misusing Readon TV Movie Radio Player, any liability for business
expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a
result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. Readon Technology
shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages
relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken
hereunder.

You may not emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
otherwise reverse engineer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed
program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall
result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and result in criminal
and/or civil prosecution.

Readon TV Movie Radio Player will from time to time display third party
advertisements using an embedded web browser based on Microsoft Internet
Explorer ActiveX to support this software. Some of these advertisers may use
technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on our Readon
TV Movie Radio Player, which will also send these advertisers information including
your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases,
whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes
(showing New York ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain
ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who
frequents cooking sites).
Readon TV Movie Radio Player provides an option to automatically delete all these
cookies upon application exit in the settings menu.
Users must abide to the following rules when using Readon Movie On Demand
feature:
1. You must not stream or download any movies files that are copyrighted. For
example, major block busters are copyrighted, and you do not have permission to
stream these files, unless you have a legally purchased copy of the movie and intend
to use the streaming file as a backup source.
2. If you are not sure if a file is copyrighted, you have to do a search for a
registration with the US Copyright Office database. A work may still be copyrighted
and illegal to stream even if it's not registered with the US Copyright Office.
3. If you have stream any files that are copyrighted without your prior knowledge,
you must purchase a legal copy of the licensed movie or or re-watch this movie in a
cinema within 24 hours.
4. If you have download any files that are copyrighted without your prior knowledge,
you must purchase a legal copy of the licensed within 24 hours.
5. You must not stream or record any live sports that are not allowed according to
your region's law.
6. You must find out if it is legal to use any of the third party TV/Radio (TVU,
Sopcast, PPStream, Shoutcast, YouTube) according to your region's law. Readon
Technology is not legally liable for any streaming via third party TV/Radio.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Readon Technology.

The terms of this license, as well as the Readon TV Movie Radio Player features
and interface design are subjects of changes in future versions of Readon TV Movie
Radio Player.

Installing and/or using Readon TV Movie Radio Player signifies acceptance of

these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must uninstall and remove
Readon TV Movie Radio Player files along with the setup package from your
storage devices and cease to use the product.
