● Coordinate weekly mentorship activities by facilitating discussions and attending events that occur on and off campus as well
as create content for the weekly meetings
● Coordinate discussion groups on bias, academic support, mattering, agency, and advocacy for an active group of 10-15

● Create monthly cultural and identity-based programming for men of color such as: intersectionality and toxic masculinity
● Provide academic and co-curricular support to men of color with the collaboration of our campus partners
● Develop communication strategies to inform students of upcoming events via email, text, and face to face communication

Graduate Resident Director
