❖ Create test plans and test cases, and perform tests following instructions from a test case
❖ Work closely with software developers to troubleshoot, simulate and validate defects around
❖ functionality
❖ Work closely with software developers to address performance issues
❖ Perform testing and quality assurance on deliverables
❖ Perform integration tests on deliverables
❖ Write automation tests and maintain existing ones
❖ Estimate, prioritize and plan testing activities
❖ Build test reports

❖ Knowledge about banking and banking products

❖ Understanding and knowledge of some business domains
❖ Experience with systems development methodologies within a large corporate environment
❖ Preferable experience in complex environments as far as volumes of data
❖ Good English level is mandatory
❖ Team Player
❖ Good attention on details
❖ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
❖ Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
❖ Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
❖ Understanding of software development lifecycle
❖ Ability to create test plans and test cases
