would like to see, if you are selected to handle the functioning of CDGC.

Envision I have for CDGC is that it is working with full energy and breaking all the previous records of
placements and internships. More and more seminars are being conducted which help in developing
the overall personality of the students. Tier 1 companies being the highest recruiters among all the
companies. Moreover events like Open House have been taken to the next level where participation
from schools have been increased. At last CDGC is all for the students. The feeling of getting the best
On-Campus placement within the minds of students is what we as a part of CDGC would strive and
envision for.
Changes which I would like to bring being in CDGC are as follows:
 Seminars like CATFIT should be conducted every month or so to keep students motivated in all
respects of their life.
 To make students technically sound expert lectures should be conducted focusing on the
current trends and automation used in the industry.
 Better Non Core companies to be pitched to come to our college so as to cater students of Non
circuital branches.
 Adding mock interview drive at the time of Finishing School would help students apply the
learning from the previous sessions.
 Not only providing placements, CDGC should help students find better career option for
themselves.
 Providing students with online test series during vacations would help students to perform
better.

2. Discuss what makes you suitable for the post(s) applied for.

My positive attitude towards the work makes me suitable for this post. I never refuse doing any work
given to me. Moreover my confidence, listening and conversation skills make me the best fit. Especially
for the post like this, a person should have good networking skills and power to convince others, may it
be anyone. I have a huge affinity towards talking to new people and making new friends. Also I have
the capability of bringing out work from the people. Having good personality, humor and being a
scholar adds to my strengths and makes me best fit for this post.
