Sample

The sample size taken for this study is of 50 female faculties.

Sample design

It is a questionnaire based evaluative study.

Inclusion criteria

1- Faculties of TeerthankerMahaveer University from different departments.

2- Only Female subjects.

Exclusive criteria

1- Male faculty.

2-Not from TeerthankerMahaveer University.

3-Teachers with any kind of disability.

Instrumentation

SF36 is used to identify the quality of life in female faculty of TeerthankerMahaveer

University of different departments.

Outcome measure

The outcome measure found is level of quality of life which was measured by SF-36 in
female Teachers of TeerthankerMahaveer University.

Protocol

In this study 50 subjects were taken as per the inclusion and exclusion criteria, who gave their
active participation for the study, they all were informed and educated about the study and the
individual scoring and the quality of life is studied.

Procedure

For the purpose of this study 50 subjects were taken as per the inclusion and the exclusion
criteria.

We went to most of the departments of TMU and selected the female teachers who were
ready for the participation in the survey.

All the subjects were informed about the study and the scale used for the survey.

The consent was obtained from the subject that was necessary as per the individual self-
participation in the study.

The SF-36 is the instrumental tool used in the study so as to measure the quality of life in
female faculty of TMU.

The questionnaire was given to the subjects and the subjects were instructed to fill the
questionnaire.

All the responses were pen downed and the scoring is done.

The SF-36 questionnaire covers the 9 important aspects which affect the quality of life.

The average score is taken out and filled in the excel sheet for the analysis of the data.
