PROJECT-1 Worked with Axis Bank as a Backend Team

We work on the customer’s profile when there is any trigger identified for the customer account. We have to
update the customer information and also we work on their accounts whether there are any unusual and
suspicious transactions done or not.

Axis Bank Tools:

Genesis the tool we have used to deal with the customer if any quire arises.

PROJECT-2 Worked with HDFC Life Insurance.

HDFC Tools:

I worked for the for the HDFC Life Insurance and the tools are Wonders and TEBT. Life Asia is the main application
to know the details of the customer.
