1.At the store （Tax free form）

Look for Stores displaying the Global Blue Tax free shopping logo,and ask the sales assistant for a
Tax Free Form when you pay.We recommend that you fill in the form before you leave the store.

2.At the airport

Arrive early to allow enough time to complete the refund process.before you check-in,go to the
customs desk and present your Tax Free Forms,passport,receipts and purchases in order to get your
form stamped.

3.Cash In
Go to Tax refund counter and present your stamped tax Free Form,passport and credit card to the
staff to receive your refund in cash,or paid directly to your credit card.
**In a rush?Mail your stamped Tax free forms and receipts using the envelope provided and your
refund will be paid directly to your credit card.

如何退税

1.在商店 （退税表格）
寻找有退税购物标志的商店，并在结帐时向销售员索取退税申请表。我们建议您在离开商店
前填写好申请表格。

2.在机场
提前到达机场，留出足够的时间办理退款手续。在您登记前，前往海关服务台并出示您的退
税申请表，护照，收据以及购买的商品，以便在申请表盖章。

3.退款（现金/信用卡）
前往退税点，向工作人员出示您已经盖过章的退税申请表，护照和信用卡，以领取您的现金
税或直接将退税款回到您的信用卡。
**时间紧急？您可以将已经盖章的退税申请表和数据装入信封并寄，退款将直接退回到您的
信用卡中。

Tips:
小贴士：东西尽量在同一家商店购买，在同一家商店购物超过 120 欧元，就享有免税优惠，可以问商家索要退
税单，一般商家会帮你填好，只要在机场过了海关后，就可到退税窗口申请退税。
