Offer Terms and Conditions

What is the offer?

 Under the Offer, eligible Cardmembers can earn 5% Cashback on all fuel spends done
using YES BANK Credit Card during the campaign period
 The maximum Cashback that can be availed during the Offer is capped at Rs 100 per
Credit Card account per month*
 The Offer is valid from 12th March 2019 to 31st May 2019 (Both days included) and is valid
across all fuel stations in India
 Total Fuel spends required in a month to qualify for the cashback is Rs.500 or more. There
is no minimum transaction count to qualify for the Offer. All the fuel transactions done
during the Offer period by the Cardmember will be eligible for the Fuel Cashback
*(Month 1- 12th to 31st March, 2019; Month 2- 1st to 30th April, 2019; Month 3- 1st to 31st
May, 2019)
Who is eligible for the offer?
 Offer is applicable to select YES BANK Credit Cardmembers only and shall be valid only
during the Offer Period
 YES BANK reserves the right to determine the eligibility of a Cardmember under the Offer
during the Offer period
 Fuel transactions done by Add on Cardmembers will also be considered while calculating
the total eligible Cashback amount
 Offer is valid only on Fuel payments done on Merchant Category Codes (MCC) as defined
by MasterCard under Fuel Dealers category

How and when will the Cashback be provided?

 Cashback for all fuel spends between 12th to 31st March, 2019 will be credited by 30th April,
2019
 Cashback for all fuel spends between 1st to 30th April, 2019 will be credited by 31st May,
2019
 Cashback for all fuel spends between 1st to 31st May, 2019 will be credited by 30th June,
2019
Other Terms and Conditions
 For the purpose of eligibility calculation, insurance spends/transactions will be calculated
net of any disputed transaction, sales reversals or credits on the Credit Card during the
offer period.
 The Cashback is offered to the Cardmembers over and above the fuel surcharge waiver
which is offered as a part of the credit card product feature.
 Any disputed transactions, sale reversals or credits on the card will not be considered for
the Offer.
 Void Transactions shall not be considered as a valid transaction for the purpose of the
Offer calculation.
 If a Cardmember ceases to be a Cardmember, at any time during the Offer Period, all the
Offers shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardmember.
 YES BANK shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim
that may arise out of the use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the
Cardmember/s under the Offer.
 YES BANK reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude any merchant establishment or
Cardmember from the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out
for the purpose of availing the Offers under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
 No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Offer Period.
The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall in no event constitute a claim
against YES BANK.
 The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the
participation by the Cardmember/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary
basis.
 All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of
Mumbai.
