Introduction

Professional ethics is defined as the personal and corporate rules that govern
behaviour within the context of a particular profession (Subramanian, 2018). In
other words, Professional Ethics is the application of the basic principles of honesty,
sincerity and truth in the workplace. The case study given allows one to apply ethical
theories in solving ethical problems that businesses face as well as to analyze ethical
issues in business.
