CALL FOR QUOTATIONS

Simulator Training program For A330

Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) hereby calls for quotation on Simulator Training Program for A-330 from
prestigious training institutes. Approximately, 36 cockpit crew members will be participating in the training.

Technical Requirements
 Simulator Should have KTM -Visual
 RNP-AR and LVO
 Latest simulator version (1.7 and above is preferable).
 The Simulator and ATO should have Local Civil Aviation Authorities/ FAA/EASA approved
certificate
 Level D Simulator
 Engine Compatible (Rolls Royce Trent 700b)

Financial Requirements
1. A330 initial type rating for P1 and P2
2. Upgrade training for P2 to p1
3. Dry lease of FFS per hour rate
4. Wet lease of FFS per hour rate
5. Dry lease of APT/FBS per hour rate
6. Wet lease of APT/FBS per hour rate
7. CBT per hour rate or per secession rate (Min 25 hr requirement per pilot)
8. Instructor Rate (TRI and TRE)
9. CCQ course rate per pilots

All the rates of the abovementioned line items shall be quoted in US Dollar ($)
Duration
The agreement between two parties shall be for two years. It will be enforced from the date of signing.

Submission
Quotations are required to be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication via e-mail or currier. The
title of your envelop (if submitted via currier) shall be "Simulator Training program For A330".

 Nepal Airlines reserves the right to reject any quotation in part or full after assigning a reason, however,
NAC will not be required to justify the grounds of rejection.
 No proposal will be entertained after expiry of aforesaid date & time. NAC will not be responsible for
postal delays or any other reason.
