AFDP-AFC Dream Asia CSR Seminar

1 September 2013

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing on behalf of HRH Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein, FIFA Vice President and
Chairman of the Asian Football Development Project (AFDP), to invite you (or a
representative from your organization) to the AFDP-AFC Corporate Social
Responsibility Seminar in Delhi, India on September 26 and 27, 2013.

One of the principal pillars of AFDP, a nonprofit youth commission headquartered

in Amman, Jordan, is the promotion of Corporate Social Responsibility in Football
across Asia; not only in spirit and words but also in actions.

HRH Prince Ali is a prominent advocate of Social Responsibility in the football

world, particularly in Asia where the opportunities are limitless. In his capacity as
Chairman of the Social Responsibility Committee at the Asian Football
Confederation (AFC), Prince Ali has led a collective effort with his committee
members and the AFC Social Responsibility Department (SRD) to prepare a 10 Year
AFC Social Responsibility Strategy. This strategy, the first of its kind in Asia, aims
to build a solid regional network with Member Associations and private
organizations, focusing on capacity development of stakeholders and
strengthening local initiatives, to enhance social responsibility activities across
Asia.

To support these activities, AFDP joined hands with AFC as a key partner to
coordinate all football CSR projects across Asia and to put mechanisms in place to
implement this ten year plan. This joint AFDP-AFC CSR workshop will focus on
how this ten year strategy can be put in practice, drawing on your expertise and
experiences. A substantial part of the seminar will be organized together with AIFF
and focus in particular on the status of CSR activity in the private and NGO sectors
of India.

The workshop will also include the General Secretaries from the Football
Associations of the following countries in South/Central Asia; Afghanistan,
Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, IR Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri
Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan. Both AFDP and AFC believe this
meeting will be a good opportunity to share ideas and visions to create joint
activities and strengthen CSR initiatives across South/Central Asia.

We hope you can join us. To confirm your attendance, please fill in the attached
form and return back by Friday 6 September 2013. More details about the seminar,
the agenda and the location will be shared with you in due course. For further
