Post cholecystectomy status with edematous chagnes and minimal fluid in the post operativ site. Suggested CECT abdomen for further evaluation and to assess integrity of anastamosis Grade I prostatomegaly. Suggested serum PSA correlation. Bilateral pleural effusion (Vol ~ 200 to 300ml on right side and ~ 300 to 500m! on left side). Patient has been posted for Laproscopy to drained the peritoneal collection and to look for bleeding if any, but due to financial constraints, the plan was changed after discussing with patient attender.
