I consider this to be a great experience to exchange my knowledge with others and so learn from

their experiences. In that way, enrich my professional and academic development and
performance at work.

Due to a high percentage of students presenting difficulties in active participation,

class engagement and collaboration skills

especially in the 6th grade. They are students who present insecurity, anxiety and
disengagement when taking initiatives and getting involved in the development of
the activities in classes, besides their boredeness in class.
