Healthy foods are more beneficial to us because they provide all the essential nutrients and
energy that the body needs, unlike junk foods that contain high levels of cholesterol and
hypertension
Junk foods are the most harmful to health because it contains a high level of saturated fats
and high sugar levels, while healthy foods prevent diseases
Junk foods are more dangerous to health, because it causes overweight or obesity, in
addition to the generation of other chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, cancer
or diabetes, on the other hand healthy food provide the necessary conditions for the body to
be in your best state
Adopting a healthy nutrition is not synonymous with spending more, but it is about investing in
measures that can guarantee a life without diseases or worries.
In my opinion, a poor nutrition affects and destroys your body, while good nutrition is the opposite, it
contributes to improve and keeps our body functioning
