I am currently studying at Humber college institute of technology and advanced learning in the culinary
management program. In addition to being at the in the culinary management program at Humber, I am
currently working at Me Va Me in Markham in the kitchen helping the Head Chef

It is my desire to work at a restaurant with upscale clientele like yours. I am very good at maintaining
kitchen inventory. I am a quick learner and work well in a team environment. I also have experience with
Italian cuisine under Italian family tutorage including preparing meats and pastas.
