To Whom It May Concern,
McCall Davis has completed her internship as a fourth grade teacher at Plymouth Elementary.
During that time, I have had an opportunity to observe and evaluate her work as well as her potential for
‘growth in her profession. By every standard, McCall is a terrific classroom teacher. She has
demonstrated a commitment to the school and her students. I had the privilege of being the McCall's
principal this year at Plymouth Elementary. During that time, I watched her dedicate herself to improving
student achievement. McCall continues to find ways to meet her students” individual needs. McCall
shows great concern with helping all of her students with academics and behavior.
McCall is the type of individual that sets her mind to something and works diligently until she
accomplishes her goal. She has a strong sense of commitment and is always looking ways to improve her
craft as a teacher. She is creative which allows her to make classroom work interesting to students.
McCall has the physical energy and drive to do an exceptional job, however demanding, in any school
setting.
Her personal characteristics such as patience, consideration, and empathy are great assets to our
school. There is no doubt in my mind regarding MeCall’s ability to make a difference in any school. She
has clearly shown stamina and passion to make a difference for the students that she teaches.
I recommend MeCall Davis for a teaching position in any school. She will be a valuable asset to
any school that she has the opportunity to teach at and an even greater asset to your students and families.
Sincerely, }
