I appreciate you taking the time to show me your kitchen and to show me the quality of work that
expect from your Head Chef. Even though I am young, I believe I can bring the expertise and skill set to
produce the quality of work that you are looking for.

My love for Italian cuisine and fine dinning are the reasons why I applied for this position with your
restaurant. Your interest in having your Head Chief be creative in making new dishes and desserts is
