To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Marina MacArthur. I have been the Grade 1

teacher at St. Joseph School in Coaldale, Alberta for 25
years.

I had the privilege of having Elizabeth Pascal as my

professional semester 1 student last year. Elizabeth was very
eager about teaching. She was always very well planned and
her class activities were fun and engaging. Her lessons were
well timed and she achieved clear introductions, middles and
closures to her lessons. She learned that she needed to
anticipate student behavior to predict possible issues.

Elizabeth was very enthusiastic from day one and her

enthusiasm was contagious. She was always open to my
suggestions as an experienced teacher but also helped me
with new and fresh ideas for my teaching. She was always
positive and friendly. She showed initiative in all areas and
never shied away from rolling up her sleeves and helping out
wherever she was needed. She worked extremely well with all
the staff at our school. She was kind and caring to all her
students and colleagues.

I wish Elizabeth all the best in her teaching career.

Sincerely,

Marina MacArthur
