6). Inspection Test Plan

7). List of Equipment to be used

8). Schedule for Jetty Construction ( Include the Document Approval).

9). Any testing for Jetty prior to use, if so provide all the required documents

10). Subcontract agreement in original for obtaining OLNG approval list.

11). If not in AVL list, need to get the approval hence, required relevant documents.
