Amazing E-Commerce Company
Amazing E-Commerce company is an online store that sells and ships products in the United
States of America. The company has three product categories: office supplies, technology and
furniture. The Country is divided into 4 regions for sales purposes and the sales of each state
are also tracked.
All KPIs are dynamic under the selected criteria.

KPIs:
Monthly Sales & Target Percentage:
Shows the total sales for the selected month along with the sales for the selected criteria. For
example: Total Sales in January and Sales in technology in the south region. It also shows the
target sales for that month.

This provides an efficient way to determine the total monthly sales under any criteria. The
Target thermometer provides a visual indicator of the total target reached for that month.

Sales of State and Sales Share by State:


Sales share by state gives a geographical visualization of the distribution of the sales in different
states as well as the value of sale for any one state.

Sales and Sales Share by Region:


This KPI gives an indication of the performance of each region as well as the region’s
contribution to total sales under the criteria selected.

Sales and Sales Share by Category:


This KPI gives an indication of the performance of each category as well as the category’s
contribution to total sales under the criteria selected.

Average Delivery Time:


Delivery time is very important for an E-Commerce company. This shows the delivery time
for different ship modes for selected regions.

Customer Satisfaction by Ship Mode:


Customer satisfaction for each region and product category is filtered according to ship mode
as delivery time heavily affects the rating.
