Distance:Mon- Thurs, @ WVHS 7:00-9am

Friday @McDowell Forest Preserve 7-8:30am
Saturday @Blackwell Forest Preserve 7-9am

Cost: $20
Spend time learning the drills and techniques that the
Waubonsie Valley track athletes use to train in
distance running.
