Criteria: Chief engineer profiles (tanker only) with minimum 2-3 years into vessel performance role is
the least requirement for this position. Shore experience a prerequisite.
The Job would require:  Daily energy efficiency evaluation engaging vessels having significant
excess fuel consumption  Discussing efficient vessel operations with the Officers onboard  Provide
feedback to crew regarding the data quality they provide  Monthly reports to management 
Discuss specific energy efficiency topics with Vessel Managers  Attending Officer seminars as
needed  Project Management, as needed, on retrofitting energy efficiency improving equipment 
Vessel visits as when business activities allow  Team backup for colleagues on Hull performance &
Reporting
