Change SAP font
The following process steps provide an understanding on how to change the SAP screen font, font style and font size.

1. Click on the Customize Local Layout icon


2. Click on Options
3. Click on Font Settings (In the Visual Design folder)
4. Click on the rectangle with the 3 dots in the Fixed Width Font Settings box

5. Select the desired Font, Font style and Font size (Note: SAP displays properly no higher than Size 16)
6. Click OK

Change screen display color


The following process steps provide an understanding on how to change the SAP screen display color. This is useful
for differentiating between the AMS and RPT systems.

1. Click on the Customize Local Layout icon


2. Click on Options
3. Click on Colors in System (In the Visual Design folder)
4. Select the color of preference under the Color Settings box. An example of the selection will appear to the right

5. Click OK

How to Print Screen
The print screen option for users on SAP is sometimes needed to enter information found in one infotype into
another or they need to delete information but want a screen print of what was originally entered.

1. Click on the Restore Down icon at the top right of the screen beside the SAP logo
2. Click on the Customize Local Layout icon
3. Click on Default Size (The selection list will close and go back to the SAP Easy Access Menu)
4. Click on the Customize Local Layout icon
5. Click on Hard Copy

The print screen is sent to the default printer in your customized Windows Options saved under
Devices and Printers. If you do NOT have a default printer saved the print screen option in SAP will
not work properly.
