TE-Access FIN / TE-Access SWE order

Remote Access Service (RAS) order form


This form is used to order TE-RAS or Cisco VPN services with secured authentication for remote access to Tieto
services. Connections to customer servers have to be approved by BA ICT manager and ordered separately.
The termination of or changes in the use of a secured authentication must be notified by using this form. This order
has to be delivered electronically to Service Desk by your manager.

Additional information about external employee (reason for remote access request): Access Remote servers for
Tuxedo related tasks. Kindly install VPN (Finland network) and sync the RSA with it.

Services: TE provides three RAS services. Information’s about these are described below:

“TE VPN” - Swedish – (Cisco VPN)


This service is required for access to Swedish TE production network and to networks of customers in Sweden.
(Fixed IP is assigned automatically).
UK RAS and German RAS are also Cisco VPN clients.
Requirements:
 SecurID card for authentication
 Cisco VPN Client

For UK RAS services you have to choose closest connection point (fill appropriate row):
 Dunstable
 Leeds

For German RAS services is necessary to order:


 ESCHHUB (located to Frankfurt (Eschborn) )

TE-access – Finnish (Cisco VPN)


This service is required for access to Finnish TE production network and to networks of customers in Finland
(Fixed IP is assigned automatically).

and send it to TE-support.ostrava@tieto.com by email.

TERAS VPN and separate Secure ID tokens is possible to order through


MySupport.

Access Right conditions: The person given the access right to a remote connection must adhere to the following:
The access right is only for the named holder of the access right. Both user ID and SecurID card as well as Soft token/SMS-
authentication are personal.
The person given the access right is not allowed to hand over the SecurID card or in any other way disclose the data necessary
to connect.
Each user is responsible for all use of data reached via his/her card.
The holder of the access right must take care of matters related to data security, e.g. password. The PIN code and the user ID
must not be stored at the same place as the SecurID card or mobile device. The SecurID card or mobile device used for
authentication must not be stored close to a portable computer.

The SecurID card must be returned when the access connection is cancelled.
If the SecurID card or mobile device used for Softtoken/SMS gets lost or the PIN/password is compromised, the Customer
Support must be notified immediately.
