For and in consideration of the permission of members of the Coming FFA Chapter and members of Corning Growing Together Hop Alley Ralley (hereinafter called Permitors ), to enter upon. the premises and property of the city of Corning for the purpose of obtaining and participating in a dog show my dog, I do hereby release said Permitors, and any and all officers, members, agents and employees of same, from any and all manner of claims, causes of actions, or liability, which I now have or may ever have at any time in the future, against any of the Permitors, their officers, members, agents or employees, arising out of or pertaining to any injury, loss, damage, or harm of any kind which had, will or may result or happen to me, my dog or other property, in going to or from or being upon the said property or premises. I also agree to indemnify, defend, protect and hold harmless the said Permitors, their officers, agents and employees, for or against any and all manner of claims, demands, causes of action y arising out of any accident, injury or damage occurring to me, my dog or other property while 1am on or about the above-described property or premises. This release shall remain in full force and effect until or unless revoked in writing by both myself and an authorized agent of Permitors; and, in any event, it shall remain in full force and effect so long as Lor my dog may go upon the premises of property described above for any purpose whatsoever at any time after the date hereof.
