Objectives

 To identify the organizational culture andstructure of MRF Ltd.

 To study the day to day activities of MRF Ltd.

 To study the satisfaction level of employees in the organization.

 Research methodology

 Universe – All employees working at D.D. tyres LTD.

 Method of Sampling – Simple Random Sampling

 Sample Size – 10 employees at D.D. Tyres Ltd.

 Research Instrument – Questionnaire

 Analytical Tool – Bar graphs and Pie charts

Data Analysis
 The satisfaction level of the employees regarding the studies aspects of the
organization is 56%.

 The dissatisfaction level of the employees regarding the studied aspects of the
organization is 16%.

 The neutral level, i.e., neither satisfaction no dissatisfaction stands at 28%.

Research Findings

 Aspects with Highest dissatisfaction Working hours and Current benefits.

 Aspects with Highest satisfaction – Working conditions and Inter personal


relationships.

Conclusion/Recommendations

 Every aspect have some level of dissatisfaction, thus , steps should be taken to
eliminate or reduce that dissatisfaction.

 The agenda of the working hours of the employees who are not satisfied with current
arrangement should be rescheduled.

 The current benefits that employees are receiving should be improved.

 The needs of the employees are to be identified according to which corrective


measures should be taken.
