INFORMATION

The undersigned, KING FREDERICK CORONA, accuses

Gothel Bruha of the crime of Kidnapping and Failure to
Return a Minor, committed as follows, to wit:

That on or about August 18, 2012, at about 4:00 PM, in

the City of Muntinlupa, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the said accused Gothel Bruha, the
caretaker of the complainant, did then and there voluntarily,
unlawfully, and feloniously kidnapped a child named
Rapunzel who was a minor of 11 years, was taken away
after her class on board a white passenger van, against her
will thus performing all acts of execution which produced the
crime of Kidnapping and Failure to Return a Minor as a
consequence to her damage and prejudice.
