    La presente investigación tuvo como objeto evaluar la aplicación de un recubrimiento comestible RC a base del gel mucílaginoso de penca sábila (Aloe Barbadensis Miller) sobre la mora con grado de madurez 5, para aumentar la vida útil en almacenamiento refrigerado a (5 + 0,5 ºC) y humedad relativa de 85 + 1%.
