Brief:
To create a Retail manual\VM manual for Wildcraft.
Objective:
To set standards for all the elements of retail space of Wildcraft stores from outside to inside including
the merchandise and window display zone. This was created in three different parts:
1. A docket for signage and logo standardization.
2. A docket for Window display at contextual space.
3.A docket for Merchandise display within the stores.

1.Signage and logo standardization

The signage document includes the standardization of logo and adaptation of the same in different types
of signages for EBO’s and modern trade stores with different sizes and dimensions. It talks about the
elements of logo and components of signage including the proportion, clear spaces, color and material
of the signage.

2. Window at contextual spaces

The window display docket consist of different store spaces, macro zoning, types of window in the
company. It also includes visual definition of window space, VM elements in the window,
how to merchandise a mannequin and don’t for the windows.
3. Merchandise display within stores / Planograms
The merchandise representation area docket consist of category and sub category zoning and
planograms stating all the details of different categories of product available and the fitting and fixtures.
