Candidates will be allowed to appear in the
Examination only with the ‘ORIGINAL PHOTO ID’
1. Candidates should report at the center of the examination 90 minutes prior the
scheduled exam time as indicated on the e-Call Letter, to complete pre exam

2. The duration of CBT will be 90 minutes comprising of 120 questions.
3. Every correct answer will be awarded 1 mark and for every incorrect answer

5. Friends and relatives accompanying the candidate will not be allowed
inside the test center.
6. No candidate will be allowed inside the exam center after gate closing
time.
7. Candidates are advised to locate their exam center and its accessibility at least
a day before the exam so that they can reach the center on time on the day of
the exam.
8. The e-Call Letter is to be submitted for verification at the time of the exam. At
least one original and valid photo identification card such as Voter Card,
Aadhaar Card, printout of e-Aadhaar, Passport, Identity Card issued by the
employer in case the candidate is a Govt. Employee, School / College /
University Photo ID card etc. must be presented failing which he/she will not
be permitted to appear in the examination.
9. Photocopied/ scanned / expired /soft copy of the ID proof will not be
accepted.
10. Passport size (3.5cm X 4.5cm) color Photograph to be affixed in the space
provided on the RPF portion of the e-call letter. The photo should be same as
that was uploaded at the time of online application.
11. This e-Call Letter is valid only for the exam date, session and time as specified
thereon.
12. Candidates are NOT allowed to carry the following items to the exam room:
a. Any stationery item like textual material ( Printed or written),bits of paper,
Geometry / pencil box, plastic pouch, scale, writing pad, etc.
b. Any communication device like mobile phones,camera, digital watch,
smart watches, Bluetooth devices, ear phone, microphone, health
band, pendrive, erasers, calculator ,electronic pen/scanners etc.
c. Wallets, handbags, metallic wears, bangles, belts, bracelets, goggles & Caps.
13. The candidates are advised not to bring valuables and any other personal
belongings of high value while coming for the examinations and the
examination centre shall not be responsible in case the item is/ are lost or a
theft occurs of such items which are brought to the examination centre.
14. Candidates should carry normal blue/black ball point pen and shall not be
allowed to share or borrow stationery items from other candidates.
15. The candidate can select any one of the 15 languages from the drop down
Menu at the beginning of the exam. The language cannot be changed once
the exam has started. However, the candidate can also view the questions
in English language, if needed. If the candidate finds any ambiguity in the
selected language, English should be considered as the final version.
16. The practice exam link is available on the RPF website. This link can be used to
get familiarized with the computer based exam.
17. Candidate will be disqualified and debarred from all future RPF examinations
& appointment in Railways if found indulging in any type of malpractice
/unfair means/misbehavior/indiscipline/impersonation in the Examination
Hall.
18. Candidate must write his/her name and Roll Number on the Rough sheet(s)
provided for rough work. The Rough sheet(s) must be returned after the exam.
19. Candidate needs to make his/her own travel and stay arrangements for
attending the exam.
20. The e-Call Letter is provisional, subject to the condition that the candidate has
fulfilled all the eligibility criteria like academic qualification, category etc. as
mentioned in his/her online application which is subject to verification in the
consecutive stages of the selection process.
21. Special instructions, if any, given by the Invigilator should be followed strictly
during the exam.
22. Change of date/session/center of examination is not permitted under any
circumstances
23. Mere issue of e-Call Letter does not confer any right to be eligible for the post.
The candidature is purely provisional and is liable to be cancelled at any stage
of recruitment or thereafter, in case any inconsistency is noticed.
24. RPF reserves the right to order re-examination for any or all the candidates.
25. Exam cancelled due to any unforeseen reasons ( technical/ non-technical)or act
of God, will be rescheduled to a later date, which shall be informed to the
candidate through SMS & email and also will be published in RPF website.
26. Decision of the RPF in all the matters will be final and binding on the
candidates.
27. Candidates are advised not to indulge in any malpractice, as the entire
examination process will be monitored and recorded through CCTV.

6. गेट बंद होने के बाद कसी भी उ मीदवार को अनुम त नह द जाएगी।
7. उ मीदवार को सलाह द जाती है क वे अपनी परी ा क और उस तक प ँचने के साधन, परी ा से पूव ही पहचान
ल ता क वे सही समय पर परी ा क प ँच सके।
8. परी ा के समय इ-कॉल लेटर को स यापन हेतु जमा करना होगा। कम से कम एक मूल और मा य फोटो पहचान
प जैसे मतदाता काड, आधार काड, ई-आधार का टआउट, पासपोट, नयो ा ारा जारी पहचान प य द
उ मीदवार सरकारी कमचारी है, कूल / कॉलेज / व व ालय फोटो आईडी काड आ द तुत क जानी चा हए
जसे ना तुत करने पर अ य थय को परी ा म अनुम त नह द जाएगी।
9. आईडी माण के फोटोकॉपी / कैन / समा त / इंटरनेट कॉपी त को वीकार नह कया जाएगा।
10. पासपोट आकार क (3.5 सेमीX4.5 सेमी) रंगीन तसवीर ई-कॉल प के आरपीएफ ह से पर दान क गई जगह
म संल न कर। वही तसवीर होनी चा हए जैसा क ऑनलाइन आवेदन के समय अपलोड क गई थी।
11. यह ई-कॉल प केवल परी ा क तारीख, श ट और उस न द समय के लए ही मा य है।
12. उ मीदवार को न न ल खत चीज़ परी ा क म ले जाने क अनुम त नह है:
a. कसी भी टे शनरी आइटम जैसे पाठ साम ी (मु त या ल खत), कागज के टु कड़े, या म त / प सल बॉ स,
ला टक पाउच, केल, लेखन पैड इ या द।
b. कोई भी संचार डवाइस जैसे मोबाइल फोन, कैमरा, ड जटल घड़ी, माट घ ड़य , लूटूथ डवाइस,
इयरफोन, माइ ोफोन, हे थबड, पेन ाइव, इरेज़र, कैलकुलेटर, इले ॉ नक कलम / कैनर इ या द।
c. वैलेट, हडबैग, पहनने वाली धातु, चू ड़याँ, बे ट, कंगन, च मे और टोपी।
13. उ मीदवार को सलाह द जाती है क वे परी ा के लए आने के दौरान मू यवान और उ च मू य के कसी अ य
गत सामान न लाएं और परी ा क म आइटम खोने या चोरी के मामले म परी ा क ज मेदार नह होगा।
14. उ मीदवार को सामा य नीला/ काला बाल पॉइंट कलम लाना चा हए और अ य उ मीदवार से टे शनरी व तु को
साझा या उधार लेने क अनुम त नह द जाएगी।
15. उ मीदवार परी ा क शु आत म ॉपडाउन मेनू से 15 भाषा म से कसी एक का चयन कर सकते ह।
परी ा शु हो जाने के बाद भाषा को बदला नह जा सकता है। हालां क, य द आव यक हो तो उ मीदवार
परी ा के दौरान अं ेजी भाषा म कोई दे ख सकते ह। कसी भी भाषा म साम ी म कसी भी
ववाद के मामले म, व श का अं ेजी सं करण मा य होगा।
16. अ यास परी ा लक आरपीएफ वेबसाइट पर उपल ध है। इस लक का उपयोग कं यूटर आधा रत परी ा से
प र चत होने के लए कया जा सकता है।
17. परी ा हॉल म कसी भी तरह के कदाचार/अनु चत साधन/ वहार/ अनुशासन / त पण म शा मल होने से
उ मीदवार को अयो य घो षत कर दया जाएगा और उसे रेलवे म सभी भ व य आरपीएफ परी ा और नयु से
वं चत कर दया जाएगा।
18. अ यथ को अपना नाम और रोल नंबर रफ काय के लए दान क गई रफ शीट पर लखना चा हए। परी ा के बाद
रफ शीट वापस करनी होगी।
19. उ मीदवार को परी ा हेतु या ा और कने क व था वयं करनी होगी।
20. ई-कॉल लेटर अ थायी है, इस शत के अधीन क उ मीदवार ने शै णक यो यता, ेणी इ या द जैसी सभी यो यता
शत को पूरा कया है जैसा क उन के ऑनलाइन आवेदन म उ ल खत है, जो चयन या के लगातार चरण म
स यापन के अधीन है।
21. परी ा के दौरान नरी क ारा दए गए वशेष नदश, अगर कोई हो, उ ह कड़ाई से पालन कया जाना चा हए।
22. कसी भी प र थ त म परी ा क त थ/ श ट / परी ा क म बदलाव क अनुम त नह होगी।
23. ई-कॉल लेटर, मु ा पद के लए पा होने का कोई अ धकार नह दान करता है। उ मीदवारी पूरी तरह से अ थायी है
और भत के कसी भी चरण म या उसके बाद कसी भी असंगतता के मामले म र करने के लए उ रदायी है।
24. आरपीएफ कसी भी या सभी उ मीदवार के लए पुनः परी ा दे ने का अ धकार सुर त रखता है।
25. परी ा कसी भी अ या शत कारण (तकनीक / गैर तकनीक ) या भगवान के काय के कारण र कर द गई है,
जसे बाद क तारीख म पुन: नधा रत कया जाएगा, जसे उ मीदवार को एसएमएस और ई मेल के मा यम से
सू चत कया जाएगा और आरपीएफ वेबसाइट म भी का शत कया जाएगा।
26. सभी मामल म आरपीएफ का नणय उ मीदवार पर अं तम और बा यकारी होगा।
27. उ मीदवार को सलाह द जाती है क वे कसी भी कदाचार म शा मल न ह , य क पूरी परी ा या क नगरानी
और रकॉ डग सीसीट वी के मा यम से दज क जाएगी।
