Dear hiring manager:

I am highly interested in the opportunity that your organization has to offer. I have attached this
letter along with my resume in hopes of procuring this position. The sports videographer position
that is being offered fits my skill set and training regime perfectly. I have earned a bachelor's
degree in Liberal studies from Arizona State University. Throughout the process of procuring
this degree, I have taken technology based courses in preparation to work with word processing
applications, excel, and other computer programming applications. As a former athlete, I am also
familiar with the sports community and have the necessary skills to excel in not only video
programming but also sports related activities.

Throughout my college career, I’ve had the opportunity to study abroad at Arizona State
University as well as participate in division 1 ports as a member of the sun devil football team.
As a long time athlete, the combination of technology skills and sports experience have led me to
fall in love with sports and media relations. I have also had the opportunity to film kids football
camps so I am comfortable behind the lens of a camera.

I am extremely humbled while I email your organization in hopes of an opportunity for this
position. My unique skill set in technological application along with a comfortable presence in
sports fits perfect with the position that you guys have to offer. I hope that I will have an
opportunity to join your organization and what you guys have to offer.
