protection\settings\policies\choose internet connection sharing mode\ok

I firuged the solution by myself.

The thing is, you have to have enabled Internet Connection Sharing Mode in
Firewall->Policies->Preferences, if you want be connected via Windows 10 Hotspot
using Firewall.
Hope, this topic helps people in future, cos there is nothing about this problem on
internet.
