Incentive Program

In order to reach the targets we have set for <business name> we need to increase our
revenue. In order to encourage you to help us meet these targets we have created an
incentive program that rewards you for selling specific items on each of our menus as
outlined below.

Gold 150 $125
Platinum 200 $150

Guidelines

1. For each selected item you sell from each menu you will receive one point
2. When you have reached the specific number of incentive points you will be
eligible for that incentive prize.
3. The business owner has the right to discontinue this incentive program
whenever they choose
4. Points will be calculated on a fortnightly basis
5. You may not transfer incentive points to another team member
6. These guidelines may change from time to time and without notice
7. You decide when to cash in your incentive points for the monetary amount you
want.
8. More prizes may become available and the amounts given may change
9. No points are given for free, promotional or giveaway items.
10. When you leave the company you will no longer be eligible for any further
incentives and will forfeit all points earned to that point.

Remember that your success is our success and we can be as successful as you want
us to be.
