As against your office above cited reference notice I filed petition before
Hon’ble High Court and prayed to Re call the notice issued to me. The Hon’ble
High Court was pleased with direction and disposed my petition in
Crl.O.P.No.1080 of 2019, Dated:18.01.2018.
As directed by the Hon’ble High Court in the above matter I hereby sending
by registered post with A/D my explanation by way of statement in Tamil Version
along with photo copy of the Hon’ble High Court order in Crl.O.P.No.1080 of
2019.
Kindly forward the same to the Hon’ble State Human Rights Commission at
an earliest possible.
