The Jamaican food is influenced African, British, Spanish and Asian cultures. These
characteristics make it unique in the world. Most of its dishes have an intense flavor due to
the large amount of condiments used to marinate.
Some of the typical dishes are:
 Pork with pepper. they also often hurt beans (as you can see in the pictures)
 Jamaican Omelet. (Made with eggs, spinach, carrot, celery, potatoes and tomatoes).
 Chutney. (prepared with pieces of papaya, mango and ginger marinated in tamarind
juice, vinegar and chili)
