Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about the service that I received during my

recent stay at the AWQA CONCEPT HOTEL on November 29.I made a reservation
and I arrived at 7:30 pm. During the night, I woke up because I heard some noisy
people in the room next door. Then, I went down to the reception desk to tell a member
of the hotel staff, but no one was there. I was angry because no one was on duty
during that night. No one apologized for that.

Given the circumstances, you should investigate the matter to ensure this does not
happen to other guests.
