Dear sir,
This is to request you to lodge a First Information Report (FIR) against Mr. Rohit Pasricha a
resident of A-319 Saidulajab New Delhi 110017. His contact no. is 9845712460. The facts of
the complaint are as follows:
Yesterday around 3:30 p.m. while I was waiting for a friend at the exit no. 2 of Saket
Metro Station, I noticed Mr. Rohit standing just a few steps away from me. As I saw him, he
smiled at me; considering the fact that he is our neighbour I smiled back at him and turned
around. After around 2-3 minutes, when I turned around to look for my friend, I noticed that
Mr. Rohit was still staring at me.
I got uncomfortable and started walking towards the opposite direction and he also started
walking towards the same direction. He kept following me for around 200 metres. I
immediately turned around and asked him to stop following me, but my request fell on deaf
years. When I again started walking, he kept on following me and also started calling my
name in a lewd manner.
Despite several requests and clear indications of disinterest, Mr. Rohit did not back off. He
even promised that he has been monitoring my social media accounts and hence, has a lot of
my personal information.
It was only when he confused the sound of an Ambulance to that of the siren of a Police
Patrol Vehicle that he fled off.
Flabbergasted due to Mr. Rohit’s obnoxious behaviour, I cancelled my plan and called my
brother to take me back home and could not leave home until today.
I would be grateful if an FIR is filed for Stalking and Mr. Rohit is arrested.
