Dear sir,

1. We have received assets from your organization for that we are providing a detailed
list.
2. Organization have a right to collect the asset at any point of time with prior intimation.
If we have stopped transaction with the organization, you can collect your asset
without any prior intimation.
3. Organization can take legal actions if any objections had made by us at the time of
asset recovery.
4. Security deposit will be paid within a month after making full and final settlement with
the organization.
5. Asset should be returned to the organization in proper condition otherwise repair
charges will be adjusted towards your security deposit.
