Morning, Today we at SHAMU Architects are

tendering a short presentation based on the

report for an office building for SCAM.

Our company is managed by 5 directors

blah blah blah and myself Utsav.

We employ 35 employees which include

junior architects, engineers, interior
designers etc.

We have worked on many housing and

commercial projects which demonstrate
ecological and environmentally sustainable
structures which is based on the company
moto of LEAN, CLEAN and GREEN.

site Study, followed by Macland giving the
Process overview. Alex and Harsh will then
explain the procurement methods and
Cost respectively and finally I will finish with
the Timeline.
