Module 4 Wellness Challenge: Components of Fitness

Reflection
In 3-5 sentences, write about your experience with the Module 3 challenge from last week.
Consider answering some or all of the following questions: How did it feel? What did you learn
about yourself? What behaviors do you want to continue? What would you change if you did
the challenge again? What obstacles did you need to overcome to complete the challenge?
Your Answer:
I took the challenge to drink more water daily. I have been drinking a ton more since. I fill up my
water bottle throughout the day, and I have lemon slices that I change out daily. I plan to keep
drinking water daily. I've felt so much better recently and more hydrated. I feel a lot healthier.

the challenge you complete for this week it needs to relate to exercise.
In the space below, write which challenge you intend to complete. If it's your own challenge,
then please describe what it is (as opposed to just saying that you will do your own challenge.)
Your Answer:
I took the challenge to walk briskly for 20 minutes a day on two different days. This challenge
will be so easy for me because I have been needing to take my dog out more and more,
especially now that it feels like spring outside. We love our walks together and haven't been
able to do them much since the winter.
