TA@I FT DIXIE STATE UNIVERSITY tl te ST. GEORGE, UTAH | College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHaSs) Department of English 19 October 2018 To Whom It May Concern: Teisha Nelson was a student in my ENGL 1410 Elements of Grammar course in the spring of 2018. Teisha was a diligent student in my class and showed a great capacity for working beyond class to enhance her learning experience. For example, after we watched the speech by Robert Kennedy at a campaign stop in Indianapolis announcing the death of Martin Luther King, she went well beyond the rhetorical analysis of the speech and continued her research into RFK and his work during the Civil Rights movement before his assassination just months after King. ‘Teisha is a student deserving of scholarship assistance to further her education, I heartily recommend her for any scholarship for which she is eligible.
