Check the cable connection between

T6 T/R output and Rectifier module(V1).

Steady rectifier (V29) are burnt or internal

Check the ‘rectifier module (V29, static rectifiers)’ by multi-meter.
If there is any ‘short’ or ‘open’ circuit with one of the diodes on the rectifier module,
it may cause abnormal operation. If there is any failure with it, replace by new one.

V2 : Rotating Rectifier

Rotating rectifier (V2) are burnt or internal defect.

(1) Check that the lines of excitation equipment are loosely connected or opened.

(2) Check that the Steady Rectifier (V29) or Rotating Rectifiers (V2) are internally opened.

(3) Check that the power current transformers (T1, T2, T3) are damaged visually.

If no damage of it, check that the resistance values of them are much higher than that of

other normal generator.
