Looked into notable court cases on assault and discussed the major differences between these forms of criminal cases. Comments/Reflections__This week provided yet another glimpse into the hard work required to be an attorney, but also showcased just how interesting it can be to work ‘within the field of law. Filed important documents and reorganized work space for current caseload. Researched civil court within DC. ‘Comments/Reflections. This week provided a more hands on experience with the law that helped to give me a new taste of what life is like in the field of law.
