Notes: 

1. When isolation raising in position, tighten up the opening range by about 10%
for each limper and bet pot.

2. When isolation raising out of position (from BB or SB), proceed with the 3bet
OOP Aggressor standard line.

3. In straddle games, RFI from SB is the same as RFI from CO.

4. Practical bet-sizing instructions for Poker Masters or any site with xed sizing
buttons: In straddle games RFI = 2/3 pot for UTG-CO, RFI = 1/2 pot for button. IP
isolation raise = pot, OOP isolation raise = 1.5 pot. Your programmed bet sizes
should be: 1/3, 1/2, 2/3, pot, 1.5 pot.
