Good day!

I would like to inform you that our annual company outing at Canyon Cove Beach Resort-
Nasugbu, Batangas on October 26, 2017, Thursday until October 28, 2017, Saturday will be
cancelled due to bad weather.
For our safety, the management decided to cancel the said event because some places are
already flooded. We would like to apologize for cancelling the event, especially for those people
who have been prepared and made accommodation plans.
Let’s wait for further announcement of the President to come up with an alternative date
of our annual company outing. Kindly disseminate this to other department.
