Dear Sister Rose Palacio,

The Nacionalista Party of Balilihan (Team Abante), would like to request for permission to
use your private agricultural lot, located at Bgy. Del Carmen Sur, Balilihan, facing the national
highway as our venue for our campaign kick off, this coming 29 March 2019. Our group is
expecting an attendance of not less than 3000 participants.
As such, we consider your agricultural lot as the most ideal for our event, given its
accessibility to the police station and Municipal Health Center.
Also, the Municipal Gym has already been previously booked.
If allowed, we would also like to ask permission to trim and clean the grasses two days prior
the scheduled activity.
The event, will include set up of a stage, lights, sounds, scaffoldings and food stations and will
be graced by Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP) Gubernatorial Candidate, former Cabinet
Secretary Leoncio B. Evasco and other provincial candidates.
Lastly, we commit to clean the vicinity after our activity.

I hereby authorize the Nacionalista Party of Balilihan (Team Abante) through Arch. Eveno
Lomantas to utilize my private agricultural lot located at Del Carmen Surm Balilihan as their
campaign kick off venue.
In relation therewith, they may trim the grasses and clean the area and do the necessary
preparatory activities, two days prior the 29 March kick off.
Lastly, I expect Team Abante to clean the vicinity up, immediately after their activity.
