With this issue Zebe Publishing hereby presents thirty spirituals and gospels, arranged for four voices mixed choir. ‘The middle level of the arrangements is also suitable for smaller choirs or beginners. ‘The application of instruments like piano, organ or rhythm section is possible and it is facilitated by harmonic symbols. The arranger himself is choir leader and has performed successfully these compositions. So you can benefit from the experience the arranger has gathered in practice. Feel free to adapt the pieces in their sequence or with the musical means. For instance some stanzas can be sung by a solist or one movement of a composition be played by a band. Some of the arrangements should be interpreted with swing feeling ( {}-]'} , _ .There should be no limits of your musical fantasy. We hope this book gives you some inspirations. We kindly ask you not to copy the pieces to maintain a broad program for you in the future. Each of the songs in this issue is also available as a single print at a reasonable price.
