Background
Planet Ban is retail company which sells motorcycle tires, oil,

share in offline businesses and wanted to expand the business
to the online market. That's why they decided to make an

PLANET BAN
Problems
1. Their website is running but they didn't know how to bring traffic to their site.
2. They want to make a mobile application to manage their customers and sell their products/services. To achieve
these goals, they must connect it to their backend system, but the problem is their old backend system already
obsolete and the database table structure cannot support some features on their app.
Solutions
1. We suggest improving the organic traffic first because it will be related to the paid campaign cost for the next
step. After 7 months of analysis and iteration (including coordinating with their technical vendors), the organic
traffic increased from 36k/month to 123k/month.
2. We help them to rework the backend system, start from designing the new backend architecture and give them
resources to build it. On top of it, we also coordinate with their frontend team to make sure all development
process is well executed.
