CASE STUDY SITUATION

Your boss says to you “Have you heard the latest about Joe Smith, the
owner of the store next to ours? It looks like he’s ruining yet another
business and more people will be losing their jobs for no good reason.
When are people finally going to realize how unethical he is? I think we
ought to alert every one of our customers never to do business with him.
We just can’t be responsible for supporting unethical people like him.”
